The IOTC held its first event in an ongoing series designed to connect industry leaders to leading-edge insights from the resources and networks of the IOTC. This event focused on Digital Innovation – Strategy, Process, and Governance featured talks by Prof. Youngjin Yoo (CWRU – Weatherhead School of Management) and Prof. Ray Henry (CSU – Ahuja College of Business) (their talks and slide decks are links below).
This event looked at how companies around the world are faced with changing or even upending their existing business models and markets in order to compete and thrive in a digital world. Yoo and Henry discussed aspects of how successful companies are adopting a Digital First mindset; how they are redesigning their business models and processes; and, how are they supporting innovation and experimentation with thoughtful governance.
