Shilpa Kedar, Co-Executive Director of the IoT Collaborative (IOTC) and Executive Director of Digital and IoT Innovations and the CSU T.E.C.H. Hub at Cleveland State University, talked about the pervasiveness of technology across all sectors in our geography, even as Cleveland copes with its marked lack of digital equity. Because there are and will be more jobs requiring tech expertise, it is key that at least some of this learning be acquired as foundational education. This can lead to higher paying jobs and better overall career paths.
